Building & Pest Inspections

Eligal Foil insulation in roofs are still present in many roofs today. It is the responsibility of the owners to remove these and replace them with the industry standards.
If these are present in roofs while doing a building inspection, the builder is not required to inspect the roof void for safety reasons. This is one area you don't won't your building inspector to miss when doing a building report.
