Below are attached photos of recent building inspection faults found.
Internal truss tie downs were insufficient and did not meet the industry standards (This house was built and owned by a local builder too)
Down lights also installed to close to timber members.

Eligal Foil insulation in roofs are still present in many roofs today. It is the responsibility of the owners to remove these and replace them with the industry standards.
