Invasive Building Inspection

WHAT IS A INVASIVE BUILDING INSPECTION?

An invasive inspection is normally recommended to help determine the extent of damage with inside a concealed area.
Different types of cameras and methods are used to help conclude the results of a defected area. Authority from home owner is required before conducting this type of inspection.
Minor damage caused by these inspection penetrations consist of a 10mm hole where and if needed. In some cases with authority from the home owner we may require larger penetrations for snap vent sizes (100x250).
An Invasive inspection works in favor for both parties by determining the boundaries of the defected area. We can then establish an estimate to rectify existing damage without asuming further dame in other areas.
